Took three hours to put on tires and an oil change. They up charged the oil cause they were out of the one I scheduled with. I scheduled my appointment, it was not a walk in. When asked why it took so long I was told I could complain at Walmart dot com
Do not purchase the Road Hazard policy for any tires purchased here. They do sell cheap tires but will find a way to wiggle out of their insurance policy for the tires. Any damage to the tire has to be within a 3" center strip in the middle of the outer circumference of the tire. Their Road Hazard policy for damage to the tires that they sell is a joke and a scam.
Went in 9a on a Friday morning and was told they had no availability and I would need to make an appointment to return another day. All bays were empty with three guys standing around doing nothing (waiting?). Went back by 15 minutes later - still empty; still employees doing nothing discernible. I guess they don't need the business and can be picky...
This was hands-down the worst tire service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered tires from Walmart.com, and they arrived at the Chico location. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 8:00 AM appointment, and the parking lot was empty. They told me the job would take an hour. About an hour later, they called and claimed my tires didn’t need replacing. After I explained that the wear indicators clearly showed the tires needed to be changed, they finally agreed to do it.
