Went in 9a on a Friday morning and was told they had no availability and I would need to make an appointment to return another day. All bays were empty with three guys standing around doing nothing (waiting?). Went back by 15 minutes later - still empty; still employees doing nothing discernible. I guess they don't need the business and can be picky...
This was hands-down the worst tire service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered tires from Walmart.com, and they arrived at the Chico location. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 8:00 AM appointment, and the parking lot was empty. They told me the job would take an hour. About an hour later, they called and claimed my tires didn’t need replacing. After I explained that the wear indicators clearly showed the tires needed to be changed, they finally agreed to do it. Quick, good decent job...
Saturday, December 7 I called the auto shop to discuss my tires warranty because I had hit a pothole while working that day. The pothole damaged the sidewall of the tire and my tire went completely flat. They told me they would have to see my tire in person since their tire technicians are the ones who installed it and I have my warranty with them. I said that’s understandable. I will be in today.
