Absolute worst service and the policy’s make no sence what so ever
I came to change the oil and refuel the air conditioner at my car Absolutely terrible service! I waited for about 1.5 hours for my car to have the oil changed, which was NOT changed!!! They didn't find any sensor to check the oil level and just canceled my service without notifying me By the way, they did not refill the air conditioner, because there was no specialist who could do it (although it does not require an appointment)
I have been getting my tires from Walmart for the last 10 years on three different vehicles and I always pay for the rotation and balancing so I can get it done when I get my oil changes done. Well today I went in and talked to a girl named Jessica who was very rude. I told her the last time they balanced and rotated my tires they were shaking real bad on the interstate. Did not have a great experience at Port Charlotte Walmart this morning with an oil change taking an avoidable 4 hours. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked Jason if the keys returned behind the desk were mine and if my car was done with its oil change. Jason said no, he would call when my car was done. After another hour, another customer inquired about her car and wondered about another set of keys behind the desk next to the keys about which I inquired.
