Did not have a great experience at Port Charlotte Walmart this morning with an oil change taking an avoidable 4 hours. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked Jason if the keys returned behind the desk were mine and if my car was done with its oil change. Jason said no, he would call when my car was done. After another hour, another customer inquired about her car and wondered about another set of keys behind the desk next to the keys about which I inquired. Took my car for an oil change. After getting my car home it was leaking oil all over my driveway, I brought it back to Walmart auto, and they said it was nothing they did maybe another issue so I brought it to a mechanic they reccomend the mechanic said there was no problems and that the person who changed the oil spilled oil on the top of the drip pan and it was 100% their doing. My car is still dripping oil 2 mo later, so BEWARE.

I consistently have good experiences here. Most recently I got a flat tire and brought my car in with a donut on. They replaced the two tires I requested and disposed of my old tires. I brought my car in around one on a Sunday and was able to pick up my car only one hour later. Great service.
