Recently daughter had a front tire blow out. I checked stock online, called to make sure they had the tire and within 30 minutes after dropping it off the tire was mounted and balanced. They were great. I got back and put the tire on the vehicle all before triple AAA would've showed up. Huge kudos the Leicester Auto Center. Thank you!
Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Super understaffed
Impossible to get ahold of by phone. Order 4 tires + installation and there’s been 0 communication other than my installation appt being cancelled two hours before it was supposed to happen. Called the store 10+ times over two days and nobody answers. Ask support about it and all support says is “call the store they’ll help you” yet nobody can seem to pick up a phone.
Installed a Walmart-purchased battery at no cost. Friendly reception and quick service for an appointment. Texts kept me updated on work progress. Quick in and out.
