After a very frustrating experience at Pep Boys, I came to the Walmart Auto Care Center for a tire replacement, and the difference was night and day. They worked quickly, and although there was a small miscommunication between the front desk and the technicians which resulted in the wrong tire being installed, the team handled it extremely well.
