I drove 40 minutes for a simple tire plug that they said you could not book beforehand. They told me to stop in, arrived after our phone call and was told I would need an appointment. Livid to say the least!
Got my tires switched back in November for the start of winter. Started by double booking my appointment and moving it (not bad, ended up getting a time the same day), They over tightened without my knowledge, causing my rotors to become warped. I now have to replace them (they were brand new in July of 2023). All could’ve been avoided with more attentiveness and care for detail. Would not go back if mistakes like this can happen
