Our car blew a tire on the New York State Thruway on a Sunday afternoon. These kind people fit us in while they were short staffed and had us out with new tires on within 2 hours and were super friendly about it. What could have been a very frustrating afternoon turned out to be quite a pleasant experience
Battery issues…made it to the wrong side of the building and vehicle died. My husband went to the auto dept and came back with 2 employees with a jump start. They then followed us on foot to make sure we made it to the auto dept where they proceeded to remove and replace battery for us. Outstanding service from the team!!! Can’t thank you all enough!
Had a nail in my tire. Scheduled an appointment. Prompt service. Excellent communication Inexpensive repair.
I drove 40 minutes for a simple tire plug that they said you could not book beforehand. They told me to stop in, arrived after our phone call and was told I would need an appointment. Livid to say the least!
