I was passing through (about an hour out of town) and went through the construction work about a mile from Henderson Walmart. I got two flat tires in the construction zone and took my vehicle here because I had newly purchased tires (this year) that I bought at a different Walmart with road hazard. The guys who do the work are great, but it’s a shame that Brian at customer service is such a rude, disrespectful man. He should be embarrassed by the way he talks to people. I was greeted with an eye roll from the moment I walked in, and he wanted to argue from the moment I didn’t agree with the (incorrect) information he was giving. I ended up going to customer service (those girls were SO helpful) and getting the help I needed. His manager ended up taking care of things since he couldn’t be bothered to help a customer.
