Terribly slow service. Guy with a foreign accent at the counter is incredibly rude. Been waiting 2 hours and they haven’t even taken my car yet. I will never come back here. Go anywhere else.
Not sure why they stay open until 7, I got there before 6 and was informed that I was too late to get an oil change, which takes all of 10-15 minutes. Guess somebody wanted to sit down and relax until closing time... ridiculous.
Always go to get my tires here. I've had no prob with my rear tires in years. I get 2 brand new ones with everything to cover them. Tried to drive on the highway and couldn't do over 55 mph. Go to get it checked now I've got a bent rim. No answers and nobody told me when I left the shop. Sad now I've got to buy another rim and my tires are covered through walmart and i don't want to come back. $400 for tires to ride smooth now rush plus the cost of a rim my time and my faith in their abilities.
STOLE MY MEDS! I went in for an oil change at 5:35 on April 24th. Getting in and service set up was easy. However, I had picked up my meds before getting my oil changed, placing the whole bag in my center console. I got my car back. Only to find the top of the bag ripped off and left behind with part of the packaging. Myself and one of the technicians raided my car. I'm human; I make mistakes. Of course, nothing was found.
