I just wanted to say how great of a job that Angelina did today and getting me in and out of the auto care center in a timely manner. She was obviously helping some newer employees and directing them on how to use the computer she fixed a problem on the computer that even some of the older employees couldn't figure out and I just wanted to say that she is an excellent employee there at Walmart and you guys definitely need to give her a raise or a promotion to manager because she does a wonderful job at keeping things going a... read more
About 2 and a half weeks ago I ordered tires on Walmart.com and had an appointment to get them put on that following Saturday! The tires did not arrive in time and so Rod ey the Auto care Manager helped refund me the money and got me a great price for other tires that were even better! Really appreciate their help!
Man!!! Jennifer & Chase in the Auto Care Tire center were phenomenal!!! Driving from GA with tire pressure issues had me concerned. Turned out the inner cork screw on the tire spout needed to be replaced. They did it in 10min & charged me FREE99, NOT 1 PENNY!!! Exceptional customer service with minimal time spent. Turns out, we should never overinflate the tires ladies, not even by a single digit. Thanks again Jennifer, you were so nice & helpful 🙏🏿
