Very disappointed with service I received. I told the lady that checked us in that I wanted my headlight bulbs changed. I also said I needed them readjusted. She told me they could do all that for an up charged. When they told me my car was done. They only did my oil change and put couldn't change bulbs on receipt. They didnt come talk to me to explain why they couldn't till I requested it. The tech said there wasn't room to do it. I then explained that there's a spot in the wheels well. Was told go online purchase tires to make appointment. Had appointment made. Drive car up to Walmart to drop off and pick up. All of a sudden they do not have the tires. Kinda have you in a pinch now. Told me it would be $30.00 more for tires they have in stock. Bait and switch people. Waste people time. Walmart should have to pay for the time they waste. Straight up tried to rob someone in a bind and in a hurry.
The worst most incompetent place consistently, been here for an oil change and other things a bunch of times. They all are border line rude and act like they are too busy to help you the managers are awful. The waiting room is disgusting. Decided to not even get my oil changed today and will not ever be back. Awful everytime lol
This place used to be decent for a Walmart auto care center. But has really really gone downhill. They say you need to make an appointment to be seen. Well that's an absolute joke! I made my appointment and service did not start on my vehicle until an hour after my scheduled appointment. If you go here for a simple service, like an oil change, even with an appointment I would block off two plus hours at least.
