Dropped my car off to get tires changed. I already had the tires I picked up from them last week. I informed them two studs were missing (they had to be cut off due to being stripped. By them.) Walmart said they couldn't touch those tire because of it. Ok, cool. Do the other two. They said ok. They never called. Canceled my tire change on me twice
Went in to buy a battery. Personal were very helpful. Bought a better battery then what I went in for. Thank you for the assistance. Good job.
Very disappointed with service I received. I told the lady that checked us in that I wanted my headlight bulbs changed. I also said I needed them readjusted. She told me they could do all that for an up charged. When they told me my car was done. They only did my oil change and put couldn't change bulbs on receipt. They didnt come talk to me to explain why they couldn't till I requested it. The tech said there wasn't room to do it. I then explained that there's a spot in the wheels well.
