Pitiful. I arrived at 8am to drop off my daughter’s car to get a new battery. When I arrived, no one was at the service counter and no cars were in the service bays. There were 5 customers waiting to be helped/checked in. One of them had been there an hour. I called the store from my cell phone and requested that a store manager come back there. I waited another 10 minutes and gave up and left.

I was there for an oil change. They told me it will take 30-40 minutes. Waited nearly 2 hours. Some workers were on their phone and standing. When asked, they said they are working which they were not.
