Scheduled a 9 AM appointment for a tire and oil changed 11 AM comes around and they never even got to it if I could give this place zero stars, I would absolute horrible service
Well, I was told yesterday to come in at 7 am to get service done but it is 7:20 and I am just sitting out here because they will not open the doors yet. I don’t even know when they will let me into the building.
If I could give a 0 star, I wish I could, I was trying to make an appointment on call, and I been waiting for 30 minutes, no one answers.
Fraudulent & wildly dishonest. They broke the lug nut & stud on my tire, which they did not even repair, said they would reimburse me for it, & now they refuse to. They refuse to show me the so called video footage either. My tires were *never* touched or repaired before this. They literally **broke a part** and refuse to reimburse me for it. Great place for oil change and tire installation. I purchase tires online on Walmart, ship here and get them installed, Very convenient. You can buy life time road hazard and life time rotation when they install. Staff is friendly.
