I was there for an oil change. They told me it will take 30-40 minutes. Waited nearly 2 hours. Some workers were on their phone and standing. When asked, they said they are working which they were not.
Got 4 new tires today before I was headed back home to Arkansas and they didn't tighten the valve core stems when installed. I called the tire center a dozen times with no answer. Also tried to call customer service and they didn't answer as well. My local Walmart in Jonesboro fixed it, buyer beware at collierville.
I had the best experience here. The technician Triston was so knowledgeable and friendly. I'm serious when I say I will forever use this guy for ALL my tire and auto needs. I even told the manager of the auto center and called Walmart and spoke to the overall manager about how great my experience was and it was because of Triston.
