Just went to get my oil changed here, just too be told it’s by appointment only because they didn’t have enough people, as 5 employees were just standing in the middle of the shop talking with no vehicles to service. I know this Walmart is crap in general but what lazy employees do they hire to feel like they don’t need to work to make money. Worst experience by far of any Walmart
I was refused service for having a dash cam 🚩🚩 When a shop will not service your vehicle because you have an integrated dash cam that is ALWAYS recording and their work will be recorded, the employees didn’t like that - which was my sign to go elsewhere!
Terrible service, came in to get new tires & first off they didn’t know how to ring me up I had to show them how, then they tell me it’ll be 45 minutes I then tell them that’s okay I’m going to go do some shopping around the store. Almost the whole 45 minutes goes by and I get a call saying they would like me to come back by my vehicle to speak with me. Had two front tires put on and that took an hour and a half and then I had to wait 30 minutes for the tech to get off his butt and do the paper work. When I asked what was taking so long I was told to watch my additude before i get the cops called on me. Told him my car had been setting outside for a half an hour and he said he was having computer problems. That I need to be patient wait.
