Made an appointment and received a confirmation text for it. I showed up and the place is closed.
I paid almost $800 for tires and scheduled an appointment as a birthday gift to my son. The day before the appointment I received a notification they cancelled. When I called I was told by the Automotive Center in East Peoria that the tires were onsite and the appointment was confirmed. My son arrived this morning and was told the appointment was cancelled and they didn’t have the tires. Wouldn’t put new tires on and I had the leave the car overnight because the manager wasn’t in or responding.
I’m giving a one star because the hours are incorrect. I came inside at 6 pm after trying to call and the auto center is closed down. If you’re going to close at a certain time.please update your hours. Also I have tried calling the auto center at this Walmart multiple times over the course of three months and I have yet to get anyone to answer.
Just went to get my oil changed here, just too be told it’s by appointment only because they didn’t have enough people, as 5 employees were just standing in the middle of the shop talking with no vehicles to service. I know this Walmart is crap in general but what lazy employees do they hire to feel like they don’t need to work to make money. Worst experience by far of any Walmart
