I came in for an oil change and to my surprise my oil was very low. Devin and Jeff went out of their way to explain what could have happened and to keep an eye on it. Thanks to them for all their help.
I called in earlier to come do an oil change walk-in. I drove almost 30 minutes really far for me, when I came there was eight cars ahead of me and they literally ignored me when I told them I came from far away and how long it's going to take. They didn't even apologize or anything . He unfortunately never going back there again
When I come to most Walmarts there is someone to come and check your car in. This Walmart the mechanics ignore you& keep working. It would have been fine if there was a sign to say something like that but there was nothing and it took someone to get out of their car to look around and they tell you to check in inside. When I got my car back it was parked really far away from the other cars & it smelt really bad like body odor. I will take my business to the Walmart in Mesa.
