Customer service was definitely lacking but the price is right, they provided a great and speedy service.
I wouldn't recommed this place to anyone. We had a very frustrating experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center. We purchased tires during Black Friday and scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 6:00 pm to have them installed. We arrived 10 minutes early and dropped off the car. At 6:47 pm we received a message saying the service had started, but almost two hours went by with no updates. When we went to the waiting room, they even turned off the lights without saying a word.
