Today I had to wait 1 hour for Toyota Camry 2014 Oil & Filter change, then they told me sorry we missed a tool for open filter and we can't do your service !! Anything worse than this? NEVER AGAIN
Please don’t go here, I just fixed my tire today and look what happened within an Hour amd suprisingly it’s a new tire and waited foe almost 2.5 hours to get it fixed. Really a bad experience from this store. What if I was injured more severely. Right now my leg is completely sprained, Thank god i was in a very low speed around 20mph orelse imagine my situation if I was on a highway. It's impossible to get someone in the auto care department to answer your phone to give you pricing or any information. I gave up and went with Costco.
Miserable.Got here for a coolant change appointment (7:40sh)and technician is not available, need to come back at 11:00. They just don't care your time. 20mins drive wasted
Went there today was at 8 am an Indian old man cashier was helping a customer took him 25 minutes to order oil change then I came to him he said where’s your car it’s parking out no he said park it in that space I did then make oil change order he said it will take 2 hours I was already there almost 30 minutes I came so early to save time only one before me he says no mechanic now I have to wait so I thought will be $200 for oil change somewhere else and have a better quality of people
