Absolutely horrific service. Didn’t let me know how long it was going to be and took an hour to even START to replace the battery. I could see all of them just wasting my time and slacking off. Manager made excuses like “appointments jumped you in line” when they were just standing there. Never ever go here.
Keeping in mind that Walmart Auto Care Center is NOT a mechanic Garage, that all their services will be for basic maintenance and that their technicians are NOT Mechanics…Some Techs will do a decent and care NOT about their job but others will go beyond, love and take pride in what they do and how they do it. I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart Auto Care. I dropped off my car right at my scheduled appointment time for an oil change and air filter replacement. After waiting for 30 minutes, they came back to tell me they didn’t even have the oil filter in stock. Not only was the air filter not replaced, but they also didn’t bother to do the oil change either. Essentially, nothing was done to my car, and my time was completely wasted. Stupid Auto Care I was there yesterday for oil change and after waiting for about two hours, they told me they don’t have the tool to open the filter thing and they were not able to do oil change. How come a multi billion dollar corporation like Walmart has no tools to do very easy things?
