Set an appointment amd don't have the part. Go to another Walmart have the part dont have an appointment but 3 empty hangers. Perfect service
They are super rude not a good experience
Was at auto center and a lady called Anna team lead said she could not help, I asked her to call someone she said they don't have a radio, asked her if she could get the auto guys attention and she just walked off.. Ended up waiting longer till someone came. It's good to have courtesy sometimes 5min could make a difference between getting late or arriving on time . She needs more training on customer service..but overall experience was okay.

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Save yourself the frustration and drive a few extra miles to another Walmart Auto Care Center. When I arrived I parked and waited for about 10 minutes while a technician stood at a computer and never acknowledged me. Assuming I needed to check in at the counter, I went inside, only to be told that I had to go back outside and get a ticket from a technician. At that point, my frustration was already building.
