I came in here first thing on a Sunday morning because my battery had died. I had just bought the car, and I didn't know what was wrong with it. The men and the women in the tire and lube center went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. They really helped me out a lot
Unbelievable. I couldn't go to my usual auto center at Coit because their AC system was down after getting a quote of $250 from Firestone just to add freon. Walmart directed me here, to Central Expy. The WORST service of my life. I was told freon could be added to my car instead of the usual drain and refresh. I agreed and was told to buy a can for them to add. Very bad experience I went for my 7:30 AM appointment. There was no car other then my car. The person at the oil change section said he does not know how much time it will take 1 hour or 2 hours or May be more. What kind of service is this? If there is no car before me and I came right at my appointment time and why so lazy in completing the oil change? and what is the problem in providing an estimated time of completion? I will never visit this Walmart oil change again.
