Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Save yourself the frustration and drive a few extra miles to another Walmart Auto Care Center. When I arrived I parked and waited for about 10 minutes while a technician stood at a computer and never acknowledged me. Assuming I needed to check in at the counter, I went inside, only to be told that I had to go back outside and get a ticket from a technician. At that point, my frustration was already building. This is for auto technician, Chris F. Thank you for your communication upon arrival and service for replacing the battery on my Subaru. I was hesitant to come here based on reading the reviews for this Walmart Auto Center, but I had a good experience going there today.
First in line for an oil change when they opened employees didn’t bother telling me it would be a 2+ hour wait, auto care manager and lady working the counter could not have cared less when I asked them about the wait time and lack of communication on wait times. Go to take 5
3/28/26- I made an appointment for oil change service for 1:30pm. Why did I sit here at Wal-Mart Auto for over an hour for them to tell me they don't have the instrument to service my vehicle Just Stupid! It was a crap show anyway. Others customers before me were complaining about sitting for over 2 to 3 hours. One of the mechanics was visibly frustrated yelling at his co-worker. The team members were not working together at all. One was trying to keep things organized, but kept explaining that co-workers were not listening.... read more
