Wow! Auto center customer service tried to have me park In the back on the other side of Walmart (which is the pick up side), came in for a tire check regarding a thumbtack, technician got a good look and said they could help and he’ll just talk to his supervisor because there is 2-3 hours wait time, he looked at me and checked and said they couldn’t help. Overall just a terrible experience with this place. I checked in and they confirmed my tires I ordered were the correct size. I leave to go shopping while I wait. Minutes later they call me and explain that the jack they have does not work with my vehicle. Clearly based off the rating they have had this issue before. I have to drive across country tomorrow with no resolution. They were not helpful at all. These guys refused to service my compact vehicle thicker because it would not fit. They lied.
Got my car there on time for my appointment at 3pm and they didn’t end up even looking at it until 4:40pm. At 4:45 they cancelled my appointment all together due to there lift not being able to fit my car. Thanks for wasting my time Walmart, best this is I even tried to call and cancel earlier in the day but could not get ahold of anyone in the auto center. I was getting done was replacing my tires. Will not be using Walmart auto center again.
Bought tires from walmart and had apparent walmart warranty. Expected that this huge business would have capability to provide top of the line service. Not so. Had my car towed in to repair a flat tire and they say they don't have proper lifts to perform the work. Vehicle stuck there now and we have to remove the tire ourselves and walk it in for them to repair it. Very disappointing. Will never purchase tires from Walmart again.
