These is the second time they had me waiting then cancelled my appointment. The first time in my GMC they said they couldn't open my hood. This time in my new car the didn't even have it on the lift before I heard them say so this is what we are gonna do we tell her we can't do it because the dipstick is broken. I said it not broken it opens and closes they said no sorry there nothing we can do. So disappointed in them
I made the appointment online with all of my vehicles information included. I showed up for the appointment early and checked in. After a few minutes I was told that I would need to go to an auto parts store and source my own oil filter as they did not have any. I spent a good amount of time going to four different stores before I found the correct filter and then checked back in to the auto center at Walmart. We had a tire blow out on our way out of state Walmart was open and close so we went there, the people were extremely rude and told us to make an appointment but they were booked out 2 weeks. Very rudely told us to move our car out of the parking lot!! Never again will I go to this store!!
Had an appointment for am oil change but a more important Parasitic leach issue was discovered when my car would not start and battery tested. Muppet (Mike) was soooo kind, empathetic and honest he suggested some avenues for me to research and get me in the right direction. I'll be back Muppet to get that oil change! Ty for all your help and support! Go see Muppet and his knowledgeable staff at Walmart Auto Center, they truly care with knowledge, integrity and service!
