Excellent service. Very fast it took just about 15 minutes to replace the front tires. Staff are very nice. The price is great
Lazy! Pulled in for a oil change and had a worker tell me they were swamped and unable to help me. All the while no vehicles being worked on and I left to shop in the store only to come back around to an empty shop and two employees sitting on their phones. Walmart needs to hire people that want to work and maybe give incentives to motivate. Thanks for nothing but anger to the men not working that day. This was at 3 in the afternoon and the shop states open til 7 by the way.
Had to go in a pinch to get a new battery. Good price on the battery of course and installation was included. They got it done in 5 minutes.
Traveling through the area and needed a quick oil change. I checked online and the tire center hours were listed as open till 7pm. I arrived to a completely deserted bay area at 430 pm, all bays were closed off with chains. There were no techs in sight. I got out of my car and walked into the service area. After awhile a woman came out and I inquired about getting an oil change. She was extremely rude, said they only take appointments and told me it would be until THURSDAY until they had time...
