Tried scheduling on the website to no avail. Called several times never picked up the phone. I had to go in person to schedule, couple days later I come 30 minute early to my appointment for an oil change only to be turned away cause my car was low on oil. I went to another mechanic and they said there was zero issue. This place is ridiculous.
I had to call this store 5 times today. No one would pick up. When I finally spoke to someone... Mgr. Zack, he dismissed me by saying "We're really busy today". I get being busy... it's a good thing, but when you can't answer your phones, then when you do you want to be rude to the person who is trying to purchase an expensive product? No thanks. I"ll take my money elsewhere. Zack needs work on his customer service skills.
Wow! Auto center customer service tried to have me park In the back on the other side of Walmart (which is the pick up side), came in for a tire check regarding a thumbtack, technician got a good look and said they could help and he’ll just talk to his supervisor because there is 2-3 hours wait time, he looked at me and checked and said they couldn’t help. Overall just a terrible experience with this place. I checked in and they confirmed my tires I ordered were the correct size. I leave to go shopping while I wait. Minutes later they call me and explain that the jack they have does not work with my vehicle. Clearly based off the rating they have had this issue before. I have to drive across country tomorrow with no resolution. They were not helpful at all.
