Always helpful and patient
I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes just to get my car’s tire fixed. I arrived at 9:15 AM and did not get my car back until 11:27 AM. On top of that, they never sent me a check-in message, even though customers are supposed to receive one when their car is checked in. They also failed to notify me when my car was ready. And as shown in the picture, they finished at 10:34 AM, ONE WHOLE HOUR AND THEY FAILED TO SEND A MESSAGE!!!!!! Until-thanks God- I went to ask them!!!! Very disappointing and bad service and poor communication.
Waiting area is too damn small for people to wait for an hour and half for a simple oil change. If Walmart is under staffed due to illness or vacations that mean you need more employees
doing private services before other actual customers, waited 15 minutes to then have a lady tell me i need to move my car back, so she can take two parked cars in the lot, & put them in front of me, no concern to what services i needed or anything, just move my car so she can put two more cars infront of me as i was already waiting, with no greeting on two cars to finish
They have stained my car mats several times. I am not coming back.
