I came in for a basic service and they damaged the plate on my car. To their credit, they admitted fault, but instead of fixing it themselves, they told me I had to go get a quote somewhere else, pay for the repair out of my own pocket, and then come back with paperwork so they might reimburse me. Absolutely ridiculous. I came in for help and left with a new problem and more stress. If you’re thinking of trusting this location with your car — don’t. Save yourself the hassle.
Bought a battery, it was mislabeled and ended up paying about $30 more than the tag showed. They refused to make any adjustments or fix the issue.
