I went to this store at noon today, October 26th, to use the warranty on a tire I bought months ago. The warranty only covered an absurd amount, and instead of explaining the reason, they arrogantly told me that this was the new warranty rule. I preferred not to argue; I'd rather go to another store with a different brand where they respect their customers.
Just sat 16 mins.plus waiting for an employee who did not want to come back from break. Manager was nice and acknowledged me & did his best to get employee to work. I did not want the problem employee changing my oil, thought he might screw it up. Drove to Take 5 paying the extra money in hopes of NOT having a car issue due to a bad attitude.
They do a very good job and fast. Cordric helps me out quickly! Thank you
