Poor service and long wait even with an appointment.
Had a terrible experience at Walmart Auto Center. I arrived on time for my 7-8 AM appointment for a tire change, expecting a quick job since I had to leave for work. They didn’t take my car in until 7:30 AM and didn’t finish until 9:00 AM, even though I was only the second customer of the day. When I got my car back, I noticed a missing wheel cap on the driver’s side front tire. Luckily, I had a photo of the tire before the service, which showed the cap intact.
