This place used to be fantastic, to drive up with no appointment and walk away 30 minutes later with your oil changed for a lower price than any other shop. Now an appointment is required. No walk-ins available. Brought my car back the next day after making an appt and found out that they didn't have the oil for my car once I got there. A gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite, these issues seem to stem from management and not the employees actually doing the work.
I got an oil change from them a while back n I just took my car to a different location to do my oil change since I’m due n the filter was on so tight they crushed it and they put RTV on the drain bolt instead of replacing the copper seal washer. I’m very disappointed this is completely unacceptable
Would give them 0 stars. Terrible customer service at this location. No cars doing oil changes now and they won't take mine in without an appointment. Says they're booked today. LOL. Will never be back.
Drive to Loveland, you'll thank yourselves later. I won't ever deal with this location again. They, including the service manager, lack any form of professionalism or customer service. I'm appalled by how insensitive and rude they are to paying customers. Especially those who are talked into their BS 'road hazard warranty'. The Loveland location off of Denver is a breath of fresh air, in comparison.
