I've been calling auto service since Sunday, the phone keeps ringing, no response, it was 6:15pm. Monday 3:03pm I called again, the phone rang for 90 seconds, someone picks up the phone, transferred my call to auto service, phone keeps ringing 90 more seconds, I get disconnected.
Do not buy car batteries at Walmart, they do not honor the 4 year warranty that some of them come with.
Great customer service
Lazy guys that are rude at the autocare... I pulled up for an oil change and there was literally no one in line for an oil change... And they told me I had to make an appointment.... Saying they're booked which is bs...Even when I get an oil change and there's one car ahead of me it takes 2 hours ... If that's not lazy I don't know what is. I see them walking around a lot but not doing much. Somebody needs to put better people in charge to knock out the quick oil changes because it shouldn't take 2 hours.
