Mechanic was not Friendly and was extremely rude
The associate at the desk was very courteous. I was feeling in and made sure I was ok. And she brought the paperwork for me to sign where I was sitting. And checked on me in between customers to make sure I was ok. Bianca Johnson
Made appointment got there 15 mins early an hour later checked and they were just starting. Not to please about it I said good thing I made an appointment and the little putz behind the counter got all snippy. How about you don't over book appointments and this wouldn't happen
I had a great experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center. Dylan, the service manager, was incredibly attentive and understanding. He went above and beyond to help me with my tires and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciated how professional and kind he was. I left very pleased with the treatment and the overall service. Highly recommend!
Before going to Walmart auto center, PLEASE READ! ***Terrible Communication, & Unprofessional Service & staffs! *** I went in for an appointment to have my tire and rim repaired.
