☆☆☆☆ BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THIS PLACE FOR TIRES!!! I am absolutely furious with the Tire & Lube Express at Walmart in Waterford, CT!!! On 5/12/26, Walmart serviced my vehicle and changed my tires. Today, more than three weeks later, a complete stranger in a parking lot stopped me and asked, “Do you know you’re missing a lug nut?” Sure enough, one of the lug nuts on my wheel was completely gone. They cancelled my appointment 3 times. When I finally got there, they said the oil I ordered online was in fact not the oil I ordered and that I needed to get a $20 more expensive one because that was the only one they had. Well I woke up on the wrong side of bs today so I checked my order details and it turns out, I was right the first time. I walked back in and the manager refunded me $20 on the spot. At least they acted immediately, which can be the “1 star”.
Decent place. Great if you need cheap tires or expensive tires. Not the best with communication but hey...it's Walmart

Writing this as I sit in a Jiffy Lube🤣 I wish Google would make it so you can give businesses zero stars lol. This might make me sound like the male version of a Karen, but the auto care center is absolutely awful nowadays and more awful than it was. I know of two people that have quit from this location recently and I had an appointment scheduled for 330 for an oil change and I more than understand that your car might not make it in on the dot but I left at 5 o'clock because my car still wasn't in.
