Appointment started with a 2h delay without a clear reason. Other than that, good service.
I ordered tires and installation. The order was confirmed, I rearranged my schedule to make the appointment and walmart cancelled because they didn't ship the tires. I was told to order again, so I did. I called to confirm the tires would be there. I made arrangements to be at the installation, again. And AGAIN they cancelled because they never shipped the tires. The customer service rep told me to call the auto care center directly, but they do not answer the phone.
Every single time I come here, I show up expecting to get my oil change done and I don’t. This is the second time I have shown up and they didn’t have a filter for my oil change and they didn’t let me know in advance. Don’t have me show up just to not get my work done.
I had a great experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Waterford, CT. The staff was friendly, professional, and got my vehicle serviced quickly. They explained everything clearly, the prices were fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable automotive service!
