I had a great experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Waterford, CT. The staff was friendly, professional, and got my vehicle serviced quickly. ☆☆☆☆ BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THIS PLACE FOR TIRES!!! I am absolutely furious with the Tire & Lube Express at Walmart in Waterford, CT!!! On 5/12/26, Walmart serviced my vehicle and changed my tires. Today, more than three weeks later, a complete stranger in a parking lot stopped me and asked, “Do you know you’re missing a lug nut?” Sure enough, one of the lug nuts on my wheel was completely gone. They cancelled my appointment 3 times. When I finally got there, they said the oil I ordered online was in fact not the oil I ordered and that I needed to get a $20 more expensive one because that was the only one they had. Well I woke up on the wrong side of bs today so I checked my order details and it turns out, I was right the first time. I walked back in and the manager refunded me $20 on the spot. At least they acted immediately, which can be the “1 star”.
Decent place. Great if you need cheap tires or expensive tires. Not the best with communication but hey...it's Walmart
