When I arrived there was not 1 vehicle inside being worked on. I was excited because there were 3 or 4 guys just not doing anything so my oil change should be quick. I went inside and the guy at the register said we are not doing walk ins today because we are short staffed. And the mechanics that were there had nothing to do.

We needed tires. The front desk was very helpful. While getting tires, I decided to add on an oil change. They called me while I was waiting and said they were unable to perform the oil change because they couldn't remove the skid plate bolts. I was told they were too tight. I asked if they touched anything. She said they were unable to. I got tires on and went about my life. I noticed oil spots in my driveway for the next 2 days. I took it to an actual mechanic shop, assuming they must have left the oil filter or something ... read more

I accidently ran over some debris in the road on my way home from work which caused a tire blow out. I got the spare on my car and cautiously made my way to Walmart late that evening to have 2 new tires put on the front of my car. The employees were able to help me even though it was late in the day and they were close to the closing time for that department. The nice lady I talked to was professional, courteous and very friendly!! Thank you!!
