I accidently ran over some debris in the road on my way home from work which caused a tire blow out. I got the spare on my car and cautiously made my way to Walmart late that evening to have 2 new tires put on the front of my car. The employees were able to help me even though it was late in the day and they were close to the closing time for that department. The nice lady I talked to was professional, courteous and very friendly!! Thank you!!
Service was polite but extremely slow. Store allowed way to much customer flow to automotive checkout without adequate staff/registers so actual auto service customers wait. Too many cars milling around in the area behind the store and automotive that didn't seem to be customers. Deliver / commercial drivers going way too fast in the corridor behind the store. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Four different people avoided ringing in others so they could create a line only to get yelled at. Being rude to people as well which didn’t help.
Arrived at 6:25pm for a oil change. I was told it was too late,as they closed at 7pm.
