Got here at 2:45... line of 4 people behind me. Dude behind the register spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to input my car, address, phone number etc. Meanwhile the "service manager" sat in the office directly behind him not bothering to help the other people behind me. After 2 hours of waiting I talked to the service manager about how much longer? And 5 minutes after that, my car was suddenly in the bay. Like they forgot about it. This was my 2nd visit. The older gentleman was very nice and respectful as I because I deal with the public, however his register locked up due to a gentleman trying to return a battery and he/another older gentleman paged someone several times for assitance. They never came.
Just had the WORST experience at Walmart Auto Care Center. Needed an oil change, and they told me to buy my own filter and bring it back to them. Okay, fine. But then they charge the same price for the service although they had me purchase the filter?! 😡 Not cool. Has anyone else dealt with this? They are stealing from us!!!!!!!!!! #badcustomerservice #ripOff
