Ordered four tires online to have them installed for my son who lives in Wake Forrest (as I live 45 minutes away) for a trip he was about to take. Bought and scheduled an appointment to find out that my tires were delayed (fair enough), however, when I went to cancel my order online or start an online refund nothing gives me option. Go ANYWHERE else! Had an oil change scheduled and asked if I could get my tires rotated. Was told there wouldn't be enough time... fair enough. Then when I go to pay, I am hit with an extra $30 charge for wiper blades, WHICH I SAID I DIDN'T WANT!!! So they have time to replace the blades and charge me for them, but not rotate my tires which is supposedly a "perk" for buying tires from them!?!?! Absolutely absurd! Totally took advantage of me!

They gentlemen back there at the counter and very rude and worthless,,even when Noone was at the counter...couldn't get help...so I stepped over an isle and called,,watched him pick up the phone and lay it right back down..
