Outstanding service from the staff. Had an appointment, they addressed the issue in the time stated. Had a road hazard warranty that they acknowledged and handled perfectly, even in a bit of an odd circumstance. Great folks, and I absolutely will buy tires here again!
I went to get my wipers changed on 2/22, and the gentleman at the auto center was so kind to guide me in getting the right ones for my car and put them on my car even when his shift had ended at 4pm. Thank you so much for your assistance in the rain yesterday!!!
Went for a simple battery warranty check. The staff were kind and upfront on the time and expectations. Overall the experience was great. Can't speak to other services, but the battery stuff was good.
The oil change mechanic Brandon's went out of his way to remove rusted bolts on my skid plate with something like liquid wrench. There are a lot of oil change places that would have usd an impact wrench and probably broken the bolts.
