DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, ESPECIALLY IF ITS A SUBARU. My wife had her Subaru serviced here recently, just a simple oil change. She came home that afternoon and I could smell the oil cooking off her engine block. Popped the hood and there it was, (the oil filter on a Subaru is on top of the engine), oil all over here engine and around the filter. Waiting for over 1:30 mins to get 1 tire replaced, what's the point of appointments, there was no body when he arrived. Appointment was at 5pm he was there around 4:30 its past 6pm and still hasn't gotten his tire replaced!

Horrible customer service. I approached the counter where 3 men all focused on the same thing and no one acknowledged me for awhile. I then asked for an oil change and was told I’d have to make an appointment. Very strange because all the times I’ve came to Walmart I’ve never been told I’d need to make an appointment. Especially when there were no previous cars or customers in front of me. I believe the older men working here are lazy and into doing as less work as possible.

Outstanding service from the staff. Had an appointment, they addressed the issue in the time stated. Had a road hazard warranty that they acknowledged and handled perfectly, even in a bit of an odd circumstance. Great folks, and I absolutely will buy tires here again!

I went to get my wipers changed on 2/22, and the gentleman at the auto center was so kind to guide me in getting the right ones for my car and put them on my car even when his shift had ended at 4pm. Thank you so much for your assistance in the rain yesterday!!!
