They took the car and started working on it an hour later. I could have come another day, but the woman said we'd do it right away. So I've been sitting here for over an hour. And they only started working on it when I asked them.
I wanted to leave a great review for Brandon Dexter and manager Jarrod at Walmart Auto Care. I originally came in for a tire rotation, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get it done because my tread was showing. I was pretty upset since I had recently purchased two new tires elsewhere and nothing was mentioned to me at the time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, ESPECIALLY IF ITS A SUBARU. My wife had her Subaru serviced here recently, just a simple oil change. She came home that afternoon and I could smell the oil cooking off her engine block. Popped the hood and there it was, (the oil filter on a Subaru is on top of the engine), oil all over here engine and around the filter. Not only did they put the wrong filter on, they cranked that thing down so hard it was almost impossible to remove. So wrong filter and the gasket was compressed. I had to remov... read more
Waiting for over 1:30 mins to get 1 tire replaced, what's the point of appointments, there was no body when he arrived. Appointment was at 5pm he was there around 4:30 its past 6pm and still hasn't gotten his tire replaced!
