On this particular day, there were only two technicians on duty. And you had to have an appointment. No walk-ins were allowed this day. A Very inconvenience.
Mal servicio dure casi dos horas de espera faltal
My experience getting my tires changed was extremely disappointing. I had to wait almost 4 hours for the service to be completed, and no one was able to give me a clear explanation for the delay. What was even more frustrating was that the technicians did not show up until almost three hours after I arrived, and I was then told they had been on their lunch break. If the wait was going to be that long, customers should have been informed from the beginning instead of being left waiting with no explanation.
