Terrible service. I arrived with a clean car—including under the hood—but after the oil change, everything is smeared with oil, and oil is dripping from the plastic parts. What kind of nonsense is this??
Had an appointment at 5 no one spoke any English or knew how to work the Walmart system app. And did not help me solve my problems and waited 2 hours for no reason. Very disappointed. NEVER EVER GO HERE. 1/29/2026
The worst auto service center ever!!!!!! Just for oil change after I had waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes, my vehicle had not been started yet.
Worst customer service. I have tried to get a couple of services done, but the rude older guy at the front, always tells me to wait for someone, and ignores me. After 10 minutes of waiting, I ask again, and each time he looks at me and walks away. I'm not coming back here, I'll go to another Walmart just for the tire rotation, which is complimentary when buying tires at Walmart. I have found other places to take care of the other repairs and maintenance. That place gives me head ache 🫤 ugh
I wish I would’ve read these reviews before going. Obviously you don’t expect the best experience going to Walmart for tire services but I’ve gone to other locations without problems. Had my car towed here with two flat tires— upon arrival, I was told they have no time for me after being told on the phone that they could take me that day. Fine, I left my car overnight. The next morning at 9 am I came with the key and the tires prepaid online, and the man there told me there were too many cars ahead of me— I already reserved ... read more
