Very disappointed came in for oil change asked to get my other fluids topped off told they don't touch coolant and when checking out only note the tech left was i have a oil leak found out today I don't have a oil leak but my coolant was leaking out and didn't have a drop under hood now you would have thought that would have been noted but nope then the tech didn't reset the oil light so I had to do that myself.
Great customer service.
The lack of integrity from the service mechanics is telling. They took off my wheel cap logos and stated that they were broken upon arrival (they are springs if broken they would have fallen off while driving). Shameful customer service from the management as well suggesting I come back the NEXT day for some resolution when I already wasted 2hrs for an oil change and two tire mounts.
I'm not coming here again. The past few times I've gone there's always an issue and even with an appointment it takes forever just to get an oil change or my tires rotated. The low prices aren't worth the headache of dealing with this place anymore.
