Horrible service at this location in Jacksonville Store number 03702 I was dismissed by management and was told they would not be installing my battery AFTER they had my car there for over 3 hours and didn’t perform the service I requested I then called and was told to bring my vehicle back and they would install my battery Once I get there they don’t install it and say I was a walk in I was there from 9:30am-12:04pm No one tried to accommodate me when they were the ones who didn’t complete the job initially I was off work t... read more
Ordered tires had em shipped to Walmart, made appointment for 8-9am 10am just pulled my truck in to start and came and told me they couldn’t do the tires cause 3.5% difference in door specs and tire size after waiting two hours could have told me sooner or on website anywhere complete trash at this store for automotive
I’m here at Walmart auto in river city wanting to get a service done to my vehicle, dealing with an unprofessional employee. Her name is Theresa and she has the worst customer service skills that I have encountered in awhile. Not to be rude but she literally should not be working in the front dealing with customers in my opinion. Her attitude is best suited in the back dealing with tires, oil changes and etc if she is going to be an employee of Walmart.
