I gave them specific instructions when installing my tires and they put it in, I then returned to pick up my car and it was wrong then they said it's my fault for not telling them and they continued to argue with me. Lmao wtf. Sure its a cheap but is it worth the hassle?
Worst customer service i have witness, no matter time of showing, employees arguing with each other's, will not recommend unless you want to spend all day there
Please have someone working the front desk who actually knows how to talk to people. The young lady working the front desk 11/16/2024 @5:20pm needs a little more training.

I’m here at Walmart auto in river city wanting to get a service done to my vehicle, dealing with an unprofessional employee. Her name is Theresa and she has the worst customer service skills and should not be working in the front with customers in my opinion. She actually should be in the back dealing with tires, oil and etc not having to deal with customers as much.
