Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. However, the customer service could be much better. The staff didn’t seem very friendly and acted like answering questions was a hassle for them. I ended up waiting around an hour for my service, which wasn’t great, but at least I received an email from Carfax confirming that my car had maintenance done there. Overall, an average experience—convenient booking but lacking in customer service.
Number one in best quality of Products and price.
The worst customer service ever. When calling into the store, someone answers the phone puts you on hold and somebody picks up and then hangs up. Then you call back then the same thing again.
