I had a recent oil change here, After the service, I noticed that the plastic cover on the bottom of my car had been left open. I’m not certain if it was broken or a screw was lost during the process, but it definitely seemed like there was a lack of attention to detail. As a result, my car started making a rattling noise while driving, which was pretty concerning. I came to this location by tow in a red Corvette and this guy approaches me randomly asking what am I here for. I stated that I am there to purchase a new battery and he immediately starts to tell me what they can't do at the location. I never once said that I needed him to put in a battery and it came off as if he was jealous or a bit racist due to the fact that I am a black man with a nice car.
