It was an EXCELLENT experience! I crossed paths with four different people. They were all exceptional. I WILL be returning there for car service.
Wellllll, they said they had my specific oil, 1.5 hrs later I got a call that they don't have my oil. But once I went and got my oil elsewhere they were really fast & only charged me $34 for my oil change.
Called and asked how long it would take to get a tire flat fixed. They said 30 minutes just bring it in. When we dropped off the car, the gentleman just pointed and grunted. Then we waited for over an hour for a patch in a tire. I asked about it and they actually like they knew nothing about it car being there. Had to go look up to see if it was really there. People came in after us and left before us without appointments. Once they finally located the car, they told me another 30 minutes. I'm not too optimistic I'll see it ... read more
