Stopped in looking for RV batteries and they didn't have any. No one at the service counter and the guy was kinda rude.
My daughter went there for oil change. It took almost two hours. Her car was sitting there, nobody was around for a long time. They were not busy. Poor customer service. Never again this location.
I arrived at 4:00 pm for a tire patch and left 2and a half hours later. Poor customer service, no communication or common courtesy.
The techs at this Walmart car center are so professional and they take pride in the work they do. They give me great confidence that my car is in good hands. I used to take my car to a mechanic shop which charged me much more but I'm glad my friend recommended the Valley Walmart to me and I'm very happy she did.
