The techs at this Walmart car center are so professional and they take pride in the work they do. They give me great confidence that my car is in good hands. I used to take my car to a mechanic shop which charged me much more but I'm glad my friend recommended the Valley Walmart to me and I'm very happy she did.

Got a flat tire going cross country and Israel was absolutely incredible and helped us so much! He really went above and beyond and was super communicative and well informed able to answer all of our questions and make it as much of an easy process as possible. Really appreciate his help and his time spent helping us getting our car back on the road!
The mechanics are rude, wouldn't recommend taking vehicle here. Last time we came for tire change they stripped bolts. Than had us pay forvthe bolts. This time the mechanic said he couldn't help me get a battery, that i could look in the book. I asked him to call someone he said i need to just wait for some one if i already pushed button. They have a young man working the auto desk, very helpful very polite, but these mechanic men aren't training him. Look at him like its your problem. They're scamming, be careful! We've NEVER had any problems with our battery, ever! But after waiting -two and a half full hours- for them to change the tires, SUDDENLYYYYY the car won't start at all cuz we have a "bad battery" that NEEDS to be replaced. Like no, I think not. Edit- their manager Jared fought with us, and the store "Coach" Ismael came out to very openly roll his eyes at us and treat us like we were stupid, told us the battery was COMPLETELY dead until I noticed the radio lights were in fact still on in our "de... read more
