had an appointment for 7am, get there, no one is there, doors are locked. who I assume is the manager comes over and is unprofessional and unhelpful, tells me no technicians are there so I have to wait another hour to get serviced, no apology or anything, just wait or leave. would’ve been nice to at least get a phone call saying i could come in later, or even an apology for the delay or something… but for some reason i have to be inconvenienced without any regard for my own schedule.
Employee was no help.
The place was literally deserted with atleast 3 technicians just walking around. Yet the tech Jeff says they are only taking appointments today. While I understand the possibility of shortage of staff, the way he responded was condescending ,not acceptable and uncalled for. This may not have any bearing but I am taking by business elsewhere.
Came in on Sunday with a flat tire. The staff was able to fix within 45 minutes, fill up all four tires and only charged $15.
Thank you to tire tech Billy M. He did a great job on my Lexus. I could feel a smoother difference in the handling of my two replaced tires and I also really appreciate the fact that he got me in and out in a timely manner. Great work 👍
