Don't do it or at least until they get different employees. I had a 1pm 2 tire change. It sat in the parking lot for 1hr 45 minutes before they pulled it in. All the workers are blatantly avoiding work as much as possible. Why is there no management telling these guys to get to work...they just do as they please and it's obvious they're trying everything possible to look like their doing something but they are not. Finished at 3 hour mark for 2 tires with an appointment
Dropped off tire and rim to have tire replaced. When I came to pick it up, it took over 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter and they weren’t able to check me out. I waited another 20 minutes for someone else to come and nobody showed. Guess I’ll come another day to pick it up.
This is one of the worst experiences ever. I would say that you pay for what you get, but I don’t think it was cheap. I bought 4 new tires. With installation, the total was $833.00. Let me start by saying, no one works the counter in the auto center. It’s hit or miss. My appointment was for 10AM. I arrive, no one at the counter or in the tire center. stopped by the auto shop and asked to use air hose for a low tire said they didn't have time and that they are not allowed to put hose out for me to use. really sad that they can not help a person out that shops there just about every week and spends 5-6 hundred dollars a month!
had an appointment for 7am, get there, no one is there, doors are locked. who I assume is the manager comes over and is unprofessional and unhelpful, tells me no technicians are there so I have to wait another hour to get serviced, no apology or anything, just wait or leave. would’ve been nice to at least get a phone call saying i could come in later, or even an apology for the delay or something… but for some reason i have to be inconvenienced without any regard for my own schedule.
