If I could a negative stars I would! My car is currently being inspected at a mechanic because the technicians didn’t tighten or replace something, all the oil is either on my garage floor or on the road, the dipstick bone dry!
Really poor experience this one. We always go at home town my daughter came here while at college. Asked to add a tire rotation. They refused too busy we should have had it on the appointment. Cause you can’t online which Tia their preferred way to set appointment.
Don't do it or at least until they get different employees. I had a 1pm 2 tire change. It sat in the parking lot for 1hr 45 minutes before they pulled it in. All the workers are blatantly avoiding work as much as possible. Why is there no management telling these guys to get to work...they just do as they please and it's obvious they're trying everything possible to look like their doing something but they are not. Finished at 3 hour mark for 2 tires with an appointment 😳
