The technican allowed my wife and I to sit in Q for 10 minutes without acknowleging us we were not greeted or give instructions on what to do.This was our first time at this scottsdale location and last.The Glendale location the techs come out,or already are outside waiting on you to great you and give direction if needed.This event has ruined my day because I believe this was raciste and I will not be back to this location
I would not give ANY stars but I have no choice, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Went for oil change at 7:45am and the guy was rude🤨 I’m glad he didn’t help me at all because….. from his appearance I didn’t won’t him in my car😬🤢🤮 germs😳and very rude 😒
