This is the only place I trust for an oil change! Their customer service is truly top-tier—friendly, efficient, and professional. From the moment you pull up, you’re greeted right at your car door, and they get to work right away. No long waits, no hassle—just quick, thorough service that gets you in and out in no time. Huge thanks to the entire team—you all do an outstanding job!
It's cheap. But they are always busy and you need an appointment. I usually just go somewhere else.
Had an appointment at 8am car was not seen till 9am then was done by 10am!!! Why do the over book!? Was a long waitevan was not metiond that it would be a 2hr deal!!! Very upset
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE it is not worth the cheap change. Pierced a hole in my oil filter and caused oil to leak everywhere and smoke in the engine bay.
came to walmart auto center to have my oil changed given the cheaper prices, but would have rather gone to a place that actually specializes in oil changes and prioritizes getting customer in/out. Had an appointment at 4:30 and just received a text at 4:20 that they are now starting on my vehicle. the woman that checked me in told me i needed synthetic and asked if i wanted the cheaper or more expensive option but didn’t explain the difference. beyond disappointed and will not be returning. i will pay the extra money and go ... read more
