Pésimo servicio
Dont bother scheduling an appointment. My wife and I rescheduled 3 times. The first time, they could not find our appointment even though we had the information. The second time, we scheduled an appointment on 3/3/2025 for a 5:30pm oil change. We got there, and they told us that it was a 2 hour wait although we had an appointment. They took 2 appointments that were scheduled at 6pm. Their excuse was that they took them because they were early. If you make the mistake of bringing your vehicle to these INCOMPETENTS for service on your vehicle....check, double check and TRIPLE check their work....before leaving the shop. These geniuses over filled my engine oil level nearly DOUBLE, what it should have been. Apprising any semblance of store Management, has only brought about, the "Run Around" or denial of any culpability for what I truly believe was a deliberate act by one of their employees in the TLE due to my complaining to the person at the register, that I sat th... read more
I've been here a few times and the staff are always honest about what my car needs. I show up early and am always finished in under an hour. Today was less than 30 minutes for an oil change and air filter replacement.
