Trying to get tires even with an appointment it's like service at the dmv
Great friendly staff & excellent customer service that answered all my questions while repairing a flat tire.
The customer service is LOUSY! Waited almost an hour for someone to check my battery and the person supposedly working on my car left without letting anyone know or what was being done to my car. When I asked the lady at the desk for an update she gave me an attitude and asked if I had got a text that my service started, I said yes, she asked if I received any updates since I said no, she said then your car is not ready yet, well OBVIOUSLY, that's why I'm checking on the status. I have an appointment with them tomorrow morning. Hopefully they do everything that makes me happy so this stays a five star rating.
