RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE! Received the quickest oil change of my life. Vehicle felt well overdue for an oil change so I took it in. The next day my car still felt like it was running rough so I took my vehicle back and the crew acknowledged I had no leaks and there was no reason why it should be out of oil, and was offered to PAY for another oil change if I wanted one per one of the managers who was quite rude. Reasonable price, but the employees are in no hurry. 2 hours to patch a tire, and all the 5 employees in the shop did was walk around in circles. Unfortunately, this was the only option on a Sunday.
1st off I Scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning and when I arrived no one was there to greet me. I went in to find some one to help me and when I did he told me he would not reschedule me, he would not help me find a manager because " what do you want me to do walk around for 30 minutes to find someone for you?" He recommended it I came back as a walk in which I did one week later. When I came back I asked how long they said 1 hr to start work and 1 hr for the tires to be installed.
