If I could give them a zero star I would. Went in to have my tires rotated. Waited 3 hours before they finally got my truck in. About 20 minutes later I’m told the truck is done. I go back to the service desk and they told me “we can’t do the rotate cause they’re insides on the front are to worn”. I’ve done tires myself. That’s the whole point of rotating the tires. It took 2 hours to do a simple oil change with 5+ employees in the shop and only a few people ahead of us. Worst service ever. Going to another place like Grease Monkey next time.
Lousy customer service. Very unprofessional , the bald gentlemen in particular acts as if you’re bothering him on his time. Would not have anything done here.
Does anyone work here? I've called several times over the last few weeks. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!
