I came here to quickly get my tire pressure looked at and left with a tire the same day! I pulled up to their team on my way to run errands and they quickly were able to review and help me with my tire pressure. Upon inspection I had a nail in my tire that couldn’t be patched. David came to help me see if they had a tire in stock. When he confirmed, he offered to get me through the process same day! I arrived here at 2 p.m., and at 5 p.m. when I got a text message saying my car was ready, they told me they couldn’t open the hood. I went to the car, opened the hood myself, started the car — everything worked fine. In the end, they didn’t change the oil or do anything at all. The most irresponsible staff ever, I will never come here again!
Pulled up to this place at 5:44 to get a new tire & the person who I assume it the manager told me he couldn’t take anymore work for the rest of the night cause they have appointments booked yet there was no one in line & they only had one vehicle in the tire station that looked to be partially finished. The service really is lousy. I have free lifetime rotation and balance and that's why I come here. If I didn't have that I would not come close to this place
First of all, I had an appointment at 8 am, I got there 10 minutes early. I went in through Auto Care entrance & the employee had no idea what she was doing. She couldn’t find my tires until she talked to the one tech working. She then told me to pull into the center lane. After pulling in she was still talking to the tech & I asked if she needed anything else from me to check in. She said no & the tech didn’t say anything.
