Very unprofessional employees, practically ruined the car, the oil change that took 3 hours and still started at the moment when the filter was inappropriate and the oil was not up to the level

I didn’t want to cancel this service. Your team was incompetent and does not have the knowledge to service a vehicle with 22” rims even though it was done with same wheels and rims in May of 2024. You have wasted my time by not doing your homework, training your staff properly or simply looking at my profile history while making the appointment before services began. I will be making a complaint with a Manager. Very disappointed with Walmarts lack of communication, support and service. Thanks for nothing! -Sarah

Honestly John and the boy with curls were angels. They are hard workers and are great at customer service. And made the experience memorable with their effort and kind service.

I used to always come here for oil changes and they were great. I came here today and arrived a little before 7 which is when they say they open at. But they didn't open the doors until well after 7:30. I waited well over a half hour in my car then they told me they were doing appointments only and no walk ins. I completely wasted my time! I won't be coming back here

I was in line to get oil change and they tell me its by appointment only. Turning away bussiness. They were working on 1 car. With lots of employees doing nothing. I was the next car but they turned me away. Walmart corporate says that not right. This store never has manager to in charge to talk to. There not motivated at all.
