I used to always come here for oil changes and they were great. I came here today and arrived a little before 7 which is when they say they open at. But they didn't open the doors until well after 7:30. I waited well over a half hour in my car then they told me they were doing appointments only and no walk ins. I completely wasted my time! I won't be coming back here
I was in line to get oil change and they tell me its by appointment only. Turning away bussiness. They were working on 1 car. With lots of employees doing nothing. I was the next car but they turned me away. Walmart corporate says that not right. This store never has manager to in charge to talk to. There not motivated at all.
I had a great experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center! David was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I don’t know much about tires or dealing with flats, but he guided me in the right direction and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I love my new tires, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Really grateful for such great customer service. I will be back in 5k miles for a tune up! :)
Absolutely terrible experience at Walmart Auto Care. I came in for a simple oil change, and it took them an hour and a half to complete it. That is completely unacceptable for such a basic service. What should have been a quick 20–30 minute job turned into a huge waste of my time. Honestly, saving $20–30 is nowhere near worth sitting there for 90 minutes. These peeps are incompetent and sketchy, bring your car to a respectable shop and pay a little more. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, sums it up for this auto shop. You've been warned.
