I had an appointment scheduled in advance with all the specifications confirmed. When I arrived at the location, I was told they didn’t have the required oil for the service and that my appointment had been canceled without any prior notice. I wasted time traveling there and organized my day around this appointment, yet no one bothered to inform me. The lack of communication and respect for the customer’s time is very disappointing. Terrible experience at Walmart Auto Care. After waiting over 2 hours, they hadn’t even started the oil change. When I decided to leave, they returned my car with the engine left open, causing oil to spill all over the engine. I then had to pay out of pocket for an engine wash, and this negligence could have caused damage to belts, sensors, mounts, and other components. Extremely unprofessional and careless service. I do not recommend this place at all.
Just picked up my tires and all I have to say is anyone could have walked in and picked them up. I walked in saw them on the shelf as I walked in went and told the guy my name and rolled the tires out the door, no ID check or anything. Anyone could have gotten my name off the label that was attached to the tires. I had seen reviews saying that people went to pick up their tires just to find out someone else had already picked them up. I now see exactly how that could happen quite easily...
