worst customer experience i have ever experienced, they also put tires on a bad car without letting me know or putting in notes in. tires wore completely after only 3 weeks and they refused to do nothing about it. 110% do not recommend going to them, tiremax is aurora is around the same price and much better customer service, and will let you know anything else that could affect your tires
Great customer service experience.
It took two and a half hours to install 4 tires. One tire was installed incorrectly, against the direction of rotation. It seems they can't read there. I will never come back here again.
