Over 2 hours for an $80 oil change. At that point I might as well have gone to an actual auto shop. And all I was told was they have no one who wants to work….
The service was good except for one service worker using profanity load and excessive. Also they returned my key to me with the service ticket sticker wrapped around my key and now my key has adhesive on it and I have to clean it off with some Goo Gone! Come on now! Y'all have to do better!
worst customer experience i have ever experienced, they also put tires on a bad car without letting me know or putting in notes in. tires wore completely after only 3 weeks and they refused to do nothing about it. 110% do not recommend going to them, tiremax is aurora is around the same price and much better customer service, and will let you know anything else that could affect your tires
