Super fast Oil Change, awesome customer service 👌🏼
I went to Walmart for some tires for my boat trailer. (Buying tires at Walmart was my first mistake) I showed up a few minutes early for my 8AM appointment and didn’t get out of there until 10:45AM. I get there and the techs didn’t even know how to use their floor jack, after we figured it out they tried putting the jack under a leaf spring hanger… I had to show them where on the frame to lift it without damaging anything. I have done my oil change at Walmart located on Cedar park ;Severino and Kigen were great doing a fast job ; they both were helpful and kind to me- thank you
Two hours to do two oil changes ahead of me? The advice to be there at 7am doesn't work for me I do night shift.would have liked to at least schedule something but dude was more concerned with telling us to leave he's busy and to try another Walmart.
DO NOT go to this Auto Care Center without appointment. For installing tires, they took 4.5 hrs mostly because no one cares about the customer and partially because of the workload.
