DO NOT go to this Auto Care Center without appointment. For installing tires, they took 4.5 hrs mostly because no one cares about the customer and partially because of the workload.
Useless and sexist. Completely ignored the women and served men that came in after. Not appointments. The number of shoulder shrugs I got to the very basic questions I asked is ridiculous
Deven was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Sadly he was the only tech available and I needed my tires rotated and balanced. Oil changes are priority (not sure if it's this location or all Walmarts) so I couldn't stay. Deven helped me on a previous visit too, though, so I hope management knows how awesome he is. ***my 5 star rating is for Deven, the auto tech, not for my service***
I went in today at 10:30 and waited an hour because I got the extra stuff like clean the head lights, windshield wipers, oil change and filters changed. Great service and great customer service
Thanks to Devon for prompt service at closing time. Mounted my trailer tires.
