I have done my oil change at Walmart located on Cedar park ;Severino and Kigen were great doing a fast job ; they both were helpful and kind to me- thank you
Two hours to do two oil changes ahead of me? The advice to be there at 7am doesn't work for me I do night shift.would have liked to at least schedule something but dude was more concerned with telling us to leave he's busy and to try another Walmart.
DO NOT go to this Auto Care Center without appointment. For installing tires, they took 4.5 hrs mostly because no one cares about the customer and partially because of the workload.
Useless and sexist. Completely ignored the women and served men that came in after. Not appointments. The number of shoulder shrugs I got to the very basic questions I asked is ridiculous
Deven was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Sadly he was the only tech available and I needed my tires rotated and balanced. Oil changes are priority (not sure if it's this location or all Walmarts) so I couldn't stay. Deven helped me on a previous visit too, though, so I hope management knows how awesome he is. ***my 5 star rating is for Deven, the auto tech, not for my service***
