Ive gotten an oil change here before. We moved though my husband still works in leander so I made arrangements with family to take my car to get an oil change while he was at work since we dont know anything about the Walmart where we are at. We specifically warned family not to go here because this auto center has incorrectly put my spash guard on my car. Took my car here to have my battery replaced while still under warranty. The guy checked my battery and said it was fine, possibly the starter or alternator. Took it to auto zone where I was told the battery is completely dead, the battery died while at auto zone. Took my car to Walmart auto on Whitestone the battery died again but this location replaced it with no issue.
Do not go here. Staff is careless . My mother bought new tires from here and they failed to install them correctly/ broke off some parts of the wheel. That we just noticed. She’s been driving like that and “their footage goes back 90 days” is their excuse and will probably not right their wrongs. Shame on staff for not speaking up on their mistakes as this could have been easily avoided

Walk ins get priority over appointments. Schedule an appoint a week in advance and waited an hour before my truck got started on. Probably best to just show up and not make an appointment
