It's been consistently confirmed... sheer incompetence from start to finish, from logistics (constant tire delivery delays) to service cancellations and no accountability.
My scheduled appointment was at 7:30 am I arrived at 7:20 am. My car was taken to the back and my car was ready 1 hr later. I was greeted when I got to the service department and greeted when I left.
I made an appointment to have my oil changed, the make model and year of my vehicle was included in the reservation. I show up on time for my appointment and after an hour and a half I was told that my appointment was canceled because they didn't have my filter in stock. So you mean to tell me that no one confirmed prior to my appointment if they had the inventory in stock and why did it take an entire hour and a half of my time to tell me that you can work on my car? Needless to say I will never be back
I came to the service center for an oil change and to have a leaking tire inspected. The tire was originally purchased at another Walmart and is covered under the Road Hazard Warranty, so any necessary repair or replacement should be covered. While my oil change was completed, I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the tire. This was not accurate, as the tire continues to lose air.
