Never picks up the phone, called 4 separate times, they then canceled my scheduled appointment 2 hrs before the appointment with no listed reason and just expects me to still pickup and install my own tires. Can't even cancel the order until it arrives. Went to NTB and they got it done in a day. Update: Walmart Auto took my money but never provided the service. I contacted Walmart customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told the order had been canceled and that I would receive a refund within a few weeks. After th... read more
It's been consistently confirmed... sheer incompetence from start to finish, from logistics (constant tire delivery delays) to service cancellations and no accountability.
My scheduled appointment was at 7:30 am I arrived at 7:20 am. My car was taken to the back and my car was ready 1 hr later. I was greeted when I got to the service department and greeted when I left.
I made an appointment to have my oil changed, the make model and year of my vehicle was included in the reservation. I show up on time for my appointment and after an hour and a half I was told that my appointment was canceled because they didn't have my filter in stock. So you mean to tell me that no one confirmed prior to my appointment if they had the inventory in stock and why did it take an entire hour and a half of my time to tell me that you can work on my car? Needless to say I will never be back
