They're quick to sell you tires but when it comes to helping you with a nail in the tire, you need an appointment. They're too busy and shuffle you store to store on a tire with a nail in it. The website says "no appt needed" for tire hazard. That's a lie. Other places may be a bit more money for tires, but it's worth it! Go somewhere else or make an appointment before you decide to run over a nail.
Failed to properly change oil, leaving it not fully filled. Did not reimburse or offer to make up for such an inconvenience. They did offer to look at it if brought in again, but would be more of an inconvenience and possible damage.
Why is it closed at 5pm on a Sunday ? It says until 6pm
So many issues with this. I was called at 10 am today and was told my 11-12 appt would have to be pushed back to 12. I said that was fine. I got here at 11:50 and got everything set. Then a guy outside started to get irritated with me for where I parked when I literally talked to the ppl inside asking if it was ok if I parked there. Then they told me it would take about an hour. Never picks up the phone, called 4 separate times, they then canceled my scheduled appointment 2 hrs before the appointment with no listed reason and just expects me to still pickup and install my own tires. Can't even cancel the order until it arrives. Went to NTB and they got it done in a day.
