Took my truck in today to have tires I purchased online installed and have oil changed. Everything started out smooth. Dealt with Samantha. Then later my wife and I are sitting in the parking lot waiting for my truck to be finished when my wife hears tires squealing and we see my truck coming out of the shop. I had scheduled an appointment to have my front two tires changed and I waited 2 and a half hours. The previous time I had gone in, I was a walk in for an oil change appt and was told that people with appointments were a priority per their system. I then proceeded to wait 3+ plus hours for my car to get its oil changed.
Samay, Reese, Johnny, and Chris were absolutely wonderful! So helpful, kind and funny. They got my tire replaced quickly, and helped me figure out the best one for my vehicle. Will definitely be back again!

I showed up with no apt today (Monday) right when they opened and I had the pleasure of working with Samay (fantastic woman!!!). They helped me get my battery replaced and covered under warranty with absolutely no issues. I was out of there in less than an hour and I could NOT be more thankful. Not only did they help me with what I needed but she and Matt were so friendly and polite.
