Made an oil change appointment here, my husband brought our vehicle was there over an hour waiting for a manager to come out and say we don't do oil changes on a vehicle that has low mileage, thought for a 2020 Hyundai santa fe would have more mileage, sorry Mr manager we only use our vehicle for errands, and we have oil change done once a year, needless to say I would give them a 0 if I could, wasted time and ridiculous reason regardless there is over 10,000 miles on it... never again wouldn't recommend you to anyone.. Purchase tires there and have them rotated every 5,000 mi for the last 3 years. Best service never waiting. A Goodyear tires I bought have a 70,000 mile warranty on them. Already holding up great with the rotations. They're a little stiffer tire on my RAV4 but they hold up.
Very understaffed, but pleasant, capable, and service was exceptional.
