Not even worth 1star…came in for an oil change, was told I was early, I’d have to come back, ok finally checked in at 12:15…. Long story short, at 1:30, I looked outside and my car hadn’t been moved yet, so I asked the clown manager, Steve ,guy with glasses ,(every time I go there he has an attitude) if my car is going to get looked at, after another 15 minutes of him looking around, he tells me they can’t change the oil because check engine light on! Got new tires and they scratched up my rims real bad and left a wheel weight inside the tire that started making noise so I had to get it removed.
I was told by a women that if I ordered the tire with my warranty that it would be fully refunded. She lied. When we ended up going to a different store they told us that the refund amount depends on the wear and tear of the old tire. THEN my fiance called and spoke to a guy and was told that we didn’t need an appointment and to just walk in and since I had the warranty I would be seen first.
