This is the worst place ever , I did my oil change a week ago and I saw a leaking under my 2023 car by my house I went to the dealership they said the oil filter was loose very loose I almost lost my engine over stupid worker , it’s so sad how employees can destroy your car so fast over something really easy to do. Never coming back to this place , I can’t trust this place anymore. I will tell all my friends for sure.
So I called right before coming as a walk in for an oil change this morning. It seemed fully staffed, at least 4 techs who were standing around the registers and chatting during my arrival. Even with a 2 hour wait, I agreed to hang around. Then an hour in, I get a call telling me that the filter needed was not available for my car type. The tech was rude and seemed uninterested in offering assistance even after the long wait. The crew in the tire center was the best we have ever dealt with in all our years, and we’re old. A great team and very professional, the lady in the crew would make a great manager!
Just walked out of the Auto Care Center. Its January 28th, 2026 at 3:06 pm. The team literally welcomed me in with open arms. The whole team was smiling and excited to help. Thank you guys. That was a great experience. Thats a great attitude for our community.
