Paul was such a huge help. I looked at a bettery that was on sale. But I was worried if the crank value would be enough on my old car. Before I could even express my concerns, he looked up my car model and walked me through the options. He explained where the warranty is on my receipt. Super smooth transaction. A+ Customer service
I took my bad battery to them. They tested it but said I should go to where I purchased it to see if I still had it under warranty. I went to the place where I bought the battery and it was still under warranty. I got a new battery and saved hundreds of dollars. Walmart could have easily sold me a new battery, but they thought of me first. This is the way to keep loyal customers.
After changing the oil in my car, it keeps leaking oil. I've been to them three times with this problem and they still haven't fixed it. They told me the problem is from the previous oil change, but I've never had this problem before. They recommended that I go to an authorized service center to fix it. I'm very dissatisfied. I don't recommend it.
Great service! I was traveling and didn’t have time to wait to get an oil change, but they still took the time to top off my oil in between their other appointments and made sure I was set to go.
