Absolutely horrible they tell you it’ll be an hour and it’s AT LEAST double. Every single time!!!
Came in at about 1045. There were three cars ahead in line and was told I had to wait two hours for an oil change… they said they had several staff approaching 5 hours needing their break. I found that odd since they don’t open till 7 AM.. What a lame team
If you have Tesla don’t order tires and installation here after they confirm your order and you came to your appointment they will just say you that we don’t work with tesla’s
