1130 am appointment. My oil change was not started tell 130 ish. I had a appointment to have a tire pressure valve replaced and they canceled the appointment?? Without telling me nor doing the valve. I waited another 2 hours to get thst done when completed. I went to get into my car and the floor Matt was covered with greasy foot prints. A young man tried to get most of it off, but I still had to come home and scrub it with grease remover to get it out.
Bad service they take long time just for a oil change slowly workers
Waited 2 and a half hours before my car was touched only to be told (30 minutes later) they didn’t have my kind of oil filter
Very disappointed with this car oil change service. The staff worked extremely slowly and made me wait far longer than promised. A simple oil change should not take this much time. There was poor organization, no clear communication, and no respect for customers’ schedules. I wasted a lot of valuable time here. I would not recommend this place if you expect fast or professional service.
Packages are normally $58 for full synthetic oil for my vehicle (this includes the oil filter… Not extra unless you want to buy a premium filter). However this location is trying to charge me an extra $15 because THEY didn’t have the filters in stock so somehow I get punished for that? Not my fault you can’t keep your products in stock. I usually get my oil changed at Walmart because it’s convenient and normally competitively priced. Now it is neither. You have lost a customer.
