Packages are normally $58 for full synthetic oil for my vehicle (this includes the oil filter… Not extra unless you want to buy a premium filter). However this location is trying to charge me an extra $15 because THEY didn’t have the filters in stock so somehow I get punished for that? Not my fault you can’t keep your products in stock. I usually get my oil changed at Walmart because it’s convenient and normally competitively priced. Now it is neither. You have lost a customer.
Scheduled my oil change, online, a week ago. They knew what make/model was being serviced. They spent 30 minutes looking for the socket my vehicle requires to remove the oil filter. Apparently, an employee lost the socket. Waist of time. Hopefully, the other Walmart location has the proper equipment to assist. Rediculus.
One of the service tech’s stole a $500 Nixon watch out of my car during a service.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Zero customer service. Try hiring people who have enough brain cells to be able to communicate with customers. Also, you might want to keep the elderly folk you hire as greeters and not throw them back into a fast paced, demanding position. Waited 20 minutes for somebody to take my order for an oil change. Tl;Dr only showed me half of the battery test in an attempt to skirt replacing under warranty. Had my battery tested at oreilleys after my car gave all signals of a bad battery, and was told it was, in fact, bad. Took it to this location where I have it under warranty, and they said it tested good. Twice. No worries, oreilleys was probably pulling a fast one, or they didn't get the tester on properly. Next day battery dies, and I need to jump it off again. Return to have it tested, and once again say it's good. Get home and ... read more
