Absolutely Amazing Service @ this location!!!! The staff here is kind, professional, and SUPER efficient. Sammi, Rod, Logan, Stephanie and Sarah took care of my service (tire rotation) in about 20 mins. They were even more understanding and gracious to complete a tire balance (I forgot to request it 🤦♀️DOH!) after the initial service. Another 15 mins and I was all set. Received excellent service from the staff today. I was on my lunch break and was waited on after making an appointment on the app. Fast service friendly reception from start to finish. And the value was great. They didn't try to upsell me a whole lot of other things like other auto centers.
Don't make an installation appointment. They will cancel it without a valid reason and just change it to a pickup
Dropped my vehicle for a patch on a tire on Saturday, left the car and did not receive a call so I showed up on Monday just to be told the service got canceled. Called over the weekend and Monday and never got an answer. Was told they don’t know why the service was cancelled and failed to call or notified to pick up the car.
