The last 2 times I have gone for an oil change because I was trying to save money but you get what you pay for, each time they have told me my car was empty on oil even though I went before it was time for the next, I took to another store this last time and was told whom ever did it last didn't tighten my oil plug correctly and it had been leaking out. Will never go here for an oil change again
Walmart added a three dollar battery tax onto every automotive battery. On top of the state and federal tax for buying the battery. Can you imagine three dollars more from every person that buys a battery?How much millions that is? So add three dollars to every battery and price at walmart that you look at. This needs to be reported.
We had the tread come off our tire while traveling on I69. It was almost 7pm, closing time. I called Walmart and explained our situation. Christian worked us in and got our tire changed. Although Christian and the gentleman who changed our tire had to work late to help us out, they both were friendly and very helpful. I am definitely grateful for their help.
