I bought two batteries at this location and got them installed, but came out the next morning to my truck and found that it would not start. As a result, I brought my truck to a competent mechanic and they told me that the battery I was sold was bad and don’t retain their voltage in cold weather. I changed the battery to a new one and attempted to return the faulty batteries back to Walmart the next day. The manager of the auto area was not helpful at all and told me I could not return them because he claimed they were fine.... read more
These ppl thought they were so slick. I took my car for an oil change. When I got it back I found it weird why they put the sticker in such an odd placing when they usually put it in a corner and out of curiosity peeled it off and saw that. So unprofessional and disappointed …
I needed the battery change in my car even though I arrived a bit late, they still made time to help me and change it for me. Great customer service.
