Called and asked if I needed an appointment for a tire rotation,the guy Said no and that they weren’t busy. When I called I was 2 miles away and driving to the store. 4 min later I get there,drop my keys off and they were not busy. Almost 2 hours later I finally picked up my keys because I couldn’t wait any longer. Almost 2 hours and they had not even started to look at my vehicle,AND I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO PREVENT THIS VERY THING FROM HAPPENING. Came home,will have them done somewhere else.
Had my tires replaced and my back windshield wiper replaced. Everyone was so nice and although my back windshield was a pain for me personally to replace, Allan at the car center replaced it and he was so kind and clear with the whole process! 10 out of 10 will always come back and work with this team!
Arrived at 8am for appointment to get 2 front tires put on that i ordered online...I was the only customer at the shop at that time at 930 am they called and said they won't be able to put them on because they dont have a jack or lift that would lift the car, I drive a buick..one of the most common cars on the road and you dont have a jack ..so I said I will take the tires off ..so i did and still they acted like they didn't want to put the new tires on ...I just put my wheels back on and got a refund...not worth the aggrava... read more
Absolute worst tire center on the planet..... Terrible customer service & They claim they can't put the tires that we purchased from them on our vehicle..... ??? We had already paid for them to put the tires on when we bought our tires
Worst tire buying experience ever and I mean ever! It took me 2 days and 2x, and days to get 3 of the 4 new tires installed on my vehicle and was told they weren't able to change one tire that was, exactly, the same as the other ones, and it cost $600.00 for this. And I told the guy that said he wasn't going to be able to change the one tire, okay well just put it in the back of the car and I'll get it done else where, long story short I had to carry the tire out to my vehicle and put it in myself and still have to pay more ... read more
