Should have known better, but everyone makes mistakes, bought 4 tires online and got the instalation package with road hazard. Got to appointment took 3.5 hrs to install 4 tires, went to leave and had a giant gob of grease on the driver mirror and the left steer tire tpms wasn't reading correctly, told tech about sensor and said it would read after driving down the road, it did not, lost communication completely, called store to see if they could look at it and was told I needed to make an appointment. Beyond aggravating.
I feel like I hit the trifecta: Great tires, Great service, Great price! Getting new tires was a very smooth and pleasant event. They got me in right on schedule and installed all four tires almost as quickly as I shopped for a few groceries. In fact, they installed the set of tires in a lot less time than I spent deciding which brand & model of tires to purchase! I'm quite pleased with the Pirelli tires I chose. The traction is enormously superior to my tired old tires, which is important on our winter roads.
I would give 0 Star if I could but sadly we can’t! Order Winter tires from Walmart plus mount and balance but they did horrible jobs on balancing the wheels! My car shake even on 30mph and brought the car back on the second day to get re balance and still didn’t make any difference! I guess the auto Tech here don’t know anything about cars! I have been getting oil changes at Walmart for many years and have always received the same service: full synthetic oil at a consistent price. During my most recent visit, I noticed my bill was significantly higher than usual. I saw that they gave me the most expensive oil change tier. The Walmart auto care center is an okay it's okay to go to they can get a little busy and a little backed up because everything is appointments only now but if you need tires on oil change they are good at rotating the tires I use them all the time for my tires and rotation
