brand new state - 5 mins late for oil change called multiple times ahead noone ever answered the phone. Put me to the back of line and have to wait over 45 mins just to reclaim a new spot. I will never come to this location for auto care. the incompetence is out the rough.

Awful experience. I bought tires and they have been on my car for about a year and tires have been rotated every 5k they are already not safe to rotate or drive. They are unwilling to pro-rate them out due to their normal answer that the tires are 'out of alignment'. Never buying tires from Walmart again. I have a lifetime alignment at Firestone and was aligned every 10k. Tires are a 65k tire only got 14k on goodyear reliant all season

I rarely write reviews unless it was really bad or really good service. This happened once before but I thought maybe I’ll give them another chance and now once again! Made an appointment for oil change, they only start on my car over an hour later! The appointment was for 30 minutes at 5:30 they only started on my car at 6:43…. So what’s the appointment for if you’re taking walk-ins before appointments!? Really unprofessional and disappointing!
