Very nice today
I almost gave it a one. I would say the front desk staff is the reason why I didn't give it a one-star because they are very polite and professional and feel genuinely like they care about helping out but they have no control over the awfulness of the way that system runs. Don't buy your tires ahead of time because they're just going to tell you it's wrong even though the system literally won't let you pick a different drop down off what you put in so that waste time and then they forgot to do something on my tire where it i... read more
If I could give them a zero it would be zero. From the start wrong price on the tire I requested. The wait two hours for two tires to be installed was ridiculous beyond belief. The person in the customer service area was by far the worst I have seen at Walmart. However, the bright spot if there's one was Coach who was very professional in her approach. Now, the mind blowing part. After the tire installation was completed and I had paid the mechanic decided he would park my car way in back of the building. This was uncalled f... read more
