I almost gave it a one. I would say the front desk staff is the reason why I didn't give it a one-star because they are very polite and professional and feel genuinely like they care about helping out but they have no control over the awfulness of the way that system runs. Don't buy your tires ahead of time because they're just going to tell you it's wrong even though the system literally won't let you pick a different drop down off what you put in so that waste time and then they forgot to do something on my tire where it i... read more
If I could give them a zero it would be zero. From the start wrong price on the tire I requested. The wait two hours for two tires to be installed was ridiculous beyond belief. The person in the customer service area was by far the worst I have seen at Walmart. However, the bright spot if there's one was Coach who was very professional in her approach. Im only giving 5 stars for James in the auto department. I went to the auto part of the store twice this morning after work all night because my battery died and JAMES WAS QUICK, VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. THANK YOU SO MUCH JAMES YOU MADE MY MORNING IM GOING TO SLEEP NOW !
