Horrendous Experience. Took my car here for an oil change. Everything appeared to go smoothly from checkin to checkout. But immediately after receiving my vehicle back, it would not start!! I went back inside to let them know, and the response I got was, “That’s not our problem.” He did not show concern or try to figure out what had happened. Asked for a tire rotation. They didn't complete it because they stripped 3 lug nuts. They also damaged 2 others. Now I'm stuck with 2 tires that can't be removed. Seriously, after you've stripped one lug nut so that one tire couldn't be removed, why continue to strip 2 more?
It has been over two weeks of headaches since our appointment to get new tires at Walmart. We arrived to our appointment time ten minutes early and waited in store for our tires to be changed. BUYER BEWARE !! Had two tires put on in November. Apparently the alignment was way off, so by August (6,000 miles) they were so bald that they were no longer safe. I went back and was told by the sales assistant that he had talked to a manager and they would be warrantied, but they didn't have them in stock and when they came in they would hold two for me and call me. Tried to tell me my lug nuts and studs were seized after we had a different Walmart take it off the day before. My car has “lug bolts”….they didn’t even try to remove them. Tires do not seize after a day. Also said they didn’t find a nail in it after the other Walmart confirmed there is a nail deep in the side wall. Other Walmart didn’t have the right tire size so we had to drive 30 min to come here because we have the warranty.
