Horrible. Set up appointment and waited there for an hour just for them to tell me they don’t have the oil filter I need and that I would have to bring my own and reschedule. I will never go back after that. They were extremely rude and a waste of my time! They are fair priced but the employees did not seem experienced at all or like they even cared. I now go to jiffy lube and had an amazing experience. Will be using jiffy lube going further.
Scheduled an oil change in the app, when I arrived I was checked in like normal and told it would take an hour for my oil change despite having an appointment. After sitting there for almsot the full hour, I was informed that due to the company they got filters from going bankrupt, they dont have that brand of filter for my car or any they could get off the shelf. I was the told I could reschedule my oil change and bring in my own filter but walmart would not do anything about if there was a difference in cost. It would've b... read more
Completely unprofessional. Made an appointment and gave them my car information. When I arrive they tell me they are out of filters in the back but can take one off the shelf for more money. Ok just $10 so I say fine. Then I get a call and they tell me the same story but about the oil and they need to charge more to take oil off the shelf. When I say hey that sounds off I need to speak to the manager he is defensive and tells me it’s my problem. Avoid these guys. Too many other local options out there.
Tires were delayed which is fine but I called a few times and nobody told me they couldn’t put tires on my car until I came for my appointment they said they didn’t have the proper equipment to do so and gave me my Tires and sent me on my way will never do auto care here again
