It has been over two weeks of headaches since our appointment to get new tires at Walmart. We arrived to our appointment time ten minutes early and waited in store for our tires to be changed. The first problem we encountered was their online order service which confirmed the tires would fit our vehicle wasn’t accurate so we were immediately going to have to spend another $40 per tire because their systems inaccuracy. BUYER BEWARE !! Had two tires put on in November. Apparently the alignment was way off, so by August (6,000 miles) they were so bald that they were no longer safe. I went back and was told by the sales assistant that he had talked to a manager and they would be warrantied, but they didn't have them in stock and when they came in they would hold two for me and call me. Tried to tell me my lug nuts and studs were seized after we had a different Walmart take it off the day before. My car has “lug bolts”….they didn’t even try to remove them. Tires do not seize after a day. Also said they didn’t find a nail in it after the other Walmart confirmed there is a nail deep in the side wall. Other Walmart didn’t have the right tire size so we had to drive 30 min to come here because we have the warranty. Horrible. Set up appointment and waited there for an hour just for them to tell me they don’t have the oil filter I need and that I would have to bring my own and reschedule. I will never go back after that. They were extremely rude and a waste of my time! They are fair priced but the employees did not seem experienced at all or like they even cared. I now go to jiffy lube and had an amazing experience. Will be using jiffy lube going further.
