Excellent staff
It is difficult to put into words how utterly useless this entire team is . They installed the tires i bought from wallmart.com on my truck and they installed the wrong load range tires from what I ordered and forgot to put my tire pressure monitoring sensors back in, and told me it was my problem to deal with since they “just install them” so I’m stuck with over $1000 in tires that I cannot use. Unprofessional , incompetent, all of them. Avoid at all costs
I bought a set of tires from Walmart online and made an appointment to have them installed at the Layton location. The customer service was terrible and what was even worse was the employees lack of product knowledge, specifically, how to properly install new tires and balance them. I now have to make the time to go to the Centerville location to have the tires remounted and balanced. Hopefully I will have better luck there. This place SUCKS! Clowns working on cars waited 4 hours for new tires installed when they told me 1 hour at purchase! Felt vibration at 60 mph to learn from a REAL tire facility one tire 1.5 ounce out of balance and another .25 ounce out and could not get a service manager from Walmart on the phone 'cause his head was up his you-know-what like his mechanics so I paid, again🙄
