Not a single vehicle in their bays. Got here at 7:20 AM. Would not take me as a walk in for a blown out tire...
Actually, less than 1 star. No customers or cars in the shop and an hour and a half until close and the young man told my husband they couldn't fix a simple flat repair as they were too busy and understaffed. Bright side, my husband went down the road to Jeds with less than 30 minutes to close and got the tire repaired. Customer service is scarce at Walmart, sadly.
I don't even know what the whole point of having to make an appointment for an oil change if you still have to wait over an hour and a half?
DO NOT USE THE LAYTON WALMART AUTO CENTER! We took our vehicle in at 10 a.m. today. We dealt with a very unprofessional elderly woman behind the counter - who proceeded to argue with one of the technicians about break times and how they had too much on the schedule today (literally two empty oil change bays and only one car in front of us outside). Dropped my truck off at 9 am to have new tires installed I was the only customer and they told me it shouldn’t be more than 2 hours I waited 5 hours with no text of phone call and got a ride back to the store to see my truck sitting in the parking lot with no work done they told me they couldn’t install them cause the door says 255/70r16 and I was having 265/70r16 put on which is what I currently had on the truck I took my tires made them refund there installation cost on the way out the teenage employee told me his boss is ... read more
