Make sure you repeat yourself 3 times before leaving your car. My daughter went to get 4 tires. Somehow they looked for two tires in her trunk? We told them we need 4 new tires put on her car. Took them 30 mins to call to ask what they were doing and where the two tires were? Took them 2.5 hrs when they told us an hr. We got there at 5, they close at 7pm we finally got her car at 7:15
I came in just wanting a simple oil change before 3:30 in the day and they said that they were full and couldn’t take my car. This is the second time I’ve come into this place and they’ve told me they can’t service my car. Had the lady told me when I walked in that they didn’t have any appointments available instead of having me wait for about 10 or more minutes while she was helping the customer she had I probably wouldn’t have left this bad review. I bought one of their everstart batteries, it died after 15 months. The auto center here was great! Replaced and installed the new battery under warranty for free in under an hour.
