Horrible service and lack of communication.
Waited for an oil change to be told after two and a half hours that they didnt have the correct filter and didn't end up doing the service. I waited for someone to help me at the counter for ten minutes. There was another customer that was irate for a similar reason. Very sad.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR SANITY AT THIS PLACE! Had to come into this store 4 times to get my tires! They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! They constantly canceled my appointments and did not reschedule. I drove to the store after getting a notification my tires had arrived but only three tires were there? They said they would call me when the 4th arrived but they never did. Been here three times. First time I showed up to an early appointment I made and nobody was there. Second time I showed up to an afternoon appointment and they didn't want to change my tire so they sent us home. Third time I showed up and they charged us double. Not coming back for a fourth time.
almost 3 hours to change 1 tire with 4 employees and 1 other customer (who waited 3.5 hours). Every 15 minutes they tell you it will be about 15 more minutes. Unreal. I will never ever ever ever use this place again. Not even as a last resort.
