I got a flat tire on my way to pick up groceries and Brayden came out and changed my tire for me. They were so nice!
Figured I’d let Walmart change my oil since it’s not much more expensive than doing it myself. Well apparently you have to go through your vehicle after you leave and find what’s rattling afterwords. I crawled under my truck and found my skid plate bolts were just hand tight. Had to tighten them all up. Should have just changed my own oil. Asked for a discount because I didn’t want to drive back as that was their answer. Was told no. Check your vehicles after you leave.
I had a difficult experience, couple things went wrong went I got my tires installed but Todd went out of his way to fix everything. I really appreciate him doing everything he can to take care of his customers so that they remain satisfied and come back for years to come. Everyone makes mistakes and people are often happy to forgive mistakes as long as customer service exists. And it wasn’t his mistake but he still made sure to correct it.
Todd the manager with his main mechanic fixed the swollen lug on one of my wheels that other local tire shop wanted $600 to cut off the studs to take off the whole wheel and told me all the lug nuts were stripped. They guys in Walmart put extra effort to take of ONLY one that was stripped and they did it- didn't charge me a penny bc I installed tires with Walmart. Cudos to Todd and his main guy.
