Walmart Chicopee Automotive Center is the worst when it comes to customer service. They can never answer the phone nor decide whether to book an appointment or do walk ins for a car service. Just terrible customer service. This needs to be fixed or hire people that maybe likes their job.
Absolutely 0 stars. On road trip, came in because we had a Walmart battery with warranty and the technician ranked around on the terminal battery cable and said it was loose and he would not touch it. He said we needed a mechanic. I asked if he could at least check battery and he said no because he knew that was the problem.
