They changed my battery but it came loose and my car shut off while I was driving. I could've gotten in an accident bro. How does a mechanic not remember to TIGHTEN THE SCREWS???? my dad had to fix it himself. Actually ridiculous.
Terrible service. After waiting a full week for my appointment, I arrived, handed over my keys, and walked around the store while they were supposed to be working on my car. After half an hour with no call or notification, I decided to go back and check on the status of my oil change. That’s when they told me they hadn’t done anything to my vehicle because they didn’t have the correct oil filter. They also claimed they had tried to call me. They never did. Staff was great. They all were eager help & i appreciate that. Hector was his name.
This place needs better customer service. They can't never pick up the phone. I don't understand what's so hard about picking up a phone and saying that they are busy and be put on hold.
"Thanks to these incompetents, I took 4 new tires to get them put on my Venza and they damaged my rims. I made a claim and they took the picture with an iPad, but they only took the shot where the rim isn’t damaged. Incompetents, they are not professionals. I will never return to that store, keep hiring 3rd-rate technicians, 0 stars is the best feedback "
