This place needs better customer service. They can't never pick up the phone. I don't understand what's so hard about picking up a phone and saying that they are busy and be put on hold.
"Thanks to these incompetents, I took 4 new tires to get them put on my Venza and they damaged my rims. I made a claim and they took the picture with an iPad, but they only took the shot where the rim isn’t damaged. Incompetents, they are not professionals. I will never return to that store, keep hiring 3rd-rate technicians, 0 stars is the best feedback "
Great experience for me. Great prices and supportive staff. There's a system that updates you via text when your car is in the garage being worked on and when it's finished so you can go browse the attached Walmart store. There's also a waiting room with free water. What they can improve on is efficiency. I waited in line for 20+ minutes before being able to check into my now late appointment although the friendliest of ladies assured me I wouldn't lose my appointment spot despite it going over the starting time, without me ... read more
Order the tire first week of April and instead of them telling me to schedule an appointment then I went in on the 9th of April and they are not free to the 21st
I ordered a pair of tires Monday and received them Thursday, the same day estimated for shipping. I went in and had no problem picking them up. They were waiting for me as soon as they were delivered. Thanks for the quick service, I would recommend this place.
